Warranty

Every Emberhunt heated product has a 1-year warranty on the heating elements, controller and wiring.

If any of them fail under normal use, email support@emberhunt.store with your order number and a short description or photo of the problem. We'll repair or replace it.

The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, cuts or tears, or normal wear on the fabric. Power banks are covered by their own maker's warranty.
